Important Information About Shipping Seafood

 

Recipient Name and Address

We will need the complete address (including suite or apartment number) plus a daytime phone number for the recipient.

 

Customer (Sender) Name and Address

If you are purchasing seafood as a gift and for someone else, we will need your complete address and a phone number where we can contact you during business hours.

 

Payment Method

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  For your protection, we do require the exact billing address for the credit card being used. 

 

If  Recipient is Not at Home

When placing your order you will be asked if the recipient is not at home is it okay to leave the package at the door?  If you do not authorize this release and the recipient is not at home, the package will be returned to the Federal Express station and delivery will not be attempted again until the next day.

 

If Your Seafood is a Gift

We offer a complementary gift card enclosure which you may personalize with a short greeting.   Seafood information and recipes will also be included with your order.

 

How Is Our Seafood Shipped

We ship our perishable seafood via Federal Express overnight service.  During the winter months, some perishable product may be shipped 2nd day delivery – we will let you know this option is available.  Non-perishable goods are shipped 3 day express service unless otherwise specified.

 

Delivery Days

Standard delivery days are Tuesday through Friday.  Saturday delivery is available to most major metropolitan areas-a slight surcharge (courtesy of Federal Express) will apply.  Sorry, no Saturday delivery service is available to Hawaii.  Areas deemed "rural" by Federal Express will incur a slight surcharge.

 

Delivery Area

Delivery of perishable goods includes the continental United States and Hawaii. Sorry, but we cannot ship perishable goods internationally.
